   Holly Found is a dedicated real estate professional with over a decade of experience, having first registered in 2014 and earning her Broker designation in 2017. A Certified Negotiation Expert, Holly is committed to ongoing professional development and has continued to expand her expertise through advanced education and industry involvement, including her election as a Board Member of the Quinte District Association of Realtors in 2023. She began her career with a boutique brokerage in Prince Edward County specializing in rural properties, building a strong foundation in land, lifestyle, and agricultural real estate. In 2023, she joined Harvey Kalles Real Estate Ltd., where she is a consistent member of the Director’s Club and maintains strong referral relationships across Toronto and the GTA through trusted collaborations with many brokerages.
   Born and raised in Prince Edward County, Holly brings deep local knowledge and a genuine connection to the community she serves. With a background in farming and agriculture, she offers valuable insight into rural properties and the unique nuances of the County and surrounding areas, including Quinte West, Hastings, and Lennox & Addington. Holly lives, works, and raises her family in PEC, and her business is built largely on repeat clients and referrals—reflecting her commitment to exceptional service, integrity, and long-term client relationships for both buyers and sellers.
